Frequently asked questions.

Q: What kind of stories do you share?

A: We share REAL stories from REAL Caribbean immigrants - from the hilarious cultural clashes to the heart-touching wins. Whether it's that awkward moment when your coworker couldn't understand your accent, or how you finally found a good roti shop in your city, we tell it ALL!

Q: How can I share my story?

A: Listen, if you got a story that had you either crying, laughing, or saying "cho!" - we want to hear it! Submit your story through our website, in the CONTACT section, and if we think it's giving what it's supposed to give, we'll feature it!

Q: Do you only share success stories?

A: NAH! What makes us different from other Caribbean platforms? We don't just share the highlight reel! While everybody else only posting about that cousin who became a doctor or that friend who bought their third house, we share stories about that time you had to explain to your coworkers why you can't just 'come now' to your mother's house, or how you almost caught the Holy Ghost when you saw curry powder selling for $15! Our stories hit different because they're authentic, relatable, and sometimes will have you saying 'Wait... how they know my life story?!' 😂

We share the REAL REAL - the good, the bad, and the "had to call mama for emotional support" moments. Success stories are great, but sometimes the struggle stories teach us more!

Q: Are the stories only about life in America?

A: While many stories focus on life in the US, we share experiences from Caribbean immigrants worldwide. Whether you in Canada dealing with the cold, or in the UK trying to explain what a guinep is - we got you!
